Too many lives to maintain.
Finding it hard to sustain the smiles and the perks.
I'm sorry, I know I'm a jerk.
If I see a black cat in the rearview mirror,
is my bad luck really behind me?
Or is it lurking in a place where I'm stepping blindly?
We're finally across that line
But I am only inspiration,
imitation at its best,
a thread of old yarn made new.
What can we do?
I watch the sunrise in the mirror.
I don't know where I will go today,
but if I stop and wait too long
will the morning keep exploring your early bird ways?
But I know the road keeps going rain or shine,
so there's never an excuse for wasting any time.
It's just something that is done without warning.
We're exploring now.
